Sold my trusty green mercier and bought myself this Fuji track and decided to have it powder coat it a similar green as a tribute. Low budget bike total cost on it was about $625. Frame was sandblasted and powder coated by Olympic Powder Coating.

Frame:
Fuji League 2010 (Fuji Obey)

Fork/Headset:
Fuji League / Tange Levin NJS

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino 75 / Sugino 75

Pedals:
MKS Sylvan Prime / MKS single clips / Leather straps

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Sugino Zen 46t / Izumi eco

Handlebars/Stem:
Nitto jag 90 / Soma 456

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Italia turbo / Ducas

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Alexrim dc25 / stock / Bontrager R3

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Alexrim dc25 / stock / Gatorskin

More Info:
I recently bought a 75 bb but it has a stripped 75 right arm which cant be removed, after taking to city grounds, they couldn't remove it after banging and scratching the crank arm, so i just drew on it and installed it with the arm.

I wanna make my mericer to be a quill stem too but without changing the fork possible?

Get your fork threaded. And buy a threaded headset and a threaded stem. It's an expensive process, most bike shops will charge your $30 to install threaded headset and about $20 to thread your fork.

Loving what you did with the cranks and straps. Is it able to be ridden?

Yeah, It's super smooth. The cranks are just super tightly jammed on the spindle that is all.
