This bike comes from the famous Kharkov Factory ХВЗ (HVZ) It has always been a track bike, but someone modified it to turn it into a road TT bike, drilled for brakes, added mount for rear derailleur and even welded clamps on fork to ride this bike with fork mounted bars!
