More Info:
P4 on bottom bracket indicates a Don Mainland frame built in Racine, Wisconsin. Originally sold by Deerfield Schwinn in Deerfield, Illinois which is still in business and has the same phone number that is indicated on the dealer decal. I was told this bike was originally built for a lawyer working for Schwinn at the time. I found it in January 2017 in the small mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado. It is not a garage queen by any means, has copious amounts of touch up paint, but the original paint that remains is actually very nice and the chrome is in great condition. It is a solid, survivor bike that gets ridden a fair amount (202 miles in 2018)
