Great machine. I believe Ben Serotta and the late Mike Melton actually built the frames for the US team back then

It's art (and history). I remember a teaser advt on the back cover of Bicycling - this or a track version draped in the US flag saying 'The 25,000 dollar bicycle (or something close). Smile! Thanks for sharing!
