Well so much for trying to start this beauty's restoration. Life just gets in the way!! I will be sending the frame in for clean and paint next week. I had been riding my slightly newer ROKH until last year and then sold it as most in my age bracket look better on a classic!! So now I have no choice but to go ahead and get it done. I have finally found a place in my town that does vintage work and won't have to pay shipping costs and worry about damage. Many thanks to all that replied to my inquiries, I appeciated all the links and info you have sent!! From all the info I have seen I believe that the frame is in fact a 1989 based on the campy dropouts, the riveted head badge and the 1988 Tour de France Decal. Cheers.
