nice, really digging this build. it looks like you need some larger flanges for the phil bolts, it almost looks like it's not even touching the dropout.

Cool stem. I'd think about shifting the saddle back a little, but if that affords you a good position for city riding, then whatever works!

The rails on this saddle are fairly short, and this is actually just about dead center. I still might make some adjustments after riding it a bit more.
