1993 Cannondale Track (Blister Blue)

My 1993 Cannondale Track that I sold shortly after acquiring, reason being I was too afraid to ride it because of it's condition... Bikes are meant to be ridden, I know, but I just couldn't bring myself to hurt her in any way. Didn't take any good pictures, was too busy at the time, but just found a couple that are nice. Taken by Tracko at the Griffith Park Flat Pad, John Watson holding her in second pic. Sold to a guy and his girlfriend, he still hasn't paid what he promised so I may have to take him to court, which sucks, but people will be people... All original parts except the saddle and stem. Also had the original wheels but didn't ride em: 32h SunTour hubs, Sun Mistral M-17A hoops, WheelSmith Double Butted spokes, and Continental Triathlons.

I feel you bro. That bike was too much pressure. Gorgeous, though. Good luck with the money part.

these feels. this is the downside to owning such a nice bike. if it gets wrecked, you'll never be the same person.

Awesome wheels, awesome cranks, awesome stem. Well done. How do you like those pedals? I ride with just regular stainless zero pedals on the track.. Do you recommend these?

Would love to take credit, but the original owner was the one who kept her in such great condition and never swapped parts. I'll thank them on your behalf, haha.

I like the pedals. Some people don't, some do. I'm not a track sprinter so there's no real chance of me accidentally clipping out, which some people complain about. The thing I like about Speedplay the most is the metal cleats, they hold up well when walking around on L.A. concrete compared to SPD or Keo cleats whose plastic gets eaten up all too quickly.
