Cyfac is a French frame maker that is not very well known but they produce high-quality bespoke frames and have provided frames to several pro teams that were rebranded (no cyfac name on them). This frame is a counter-example: it's coming from the Jean Delatour pro team in 2000s and is branded with the Cyfac name. This particular frame belonged to Gregory Lapalud. For the moment it has a normal road handlebars but I will certainly fit a time-trial cockpit and aero wheels for one of the next triathlons to make the guys with modern $5K+ TT machines cry ;-)
