Previous owner rode it for 5 years on the track. The 440 has a little bit of puckering. I also suspect that the disc is a re-badged HED based on decal location, the brake track and shape of the valve opening. The white line on the disc in the photos is a piece of wrinkled packaging tape. Came with a spare wheelset.

I still can't believe how little you paid for this...

Thanks for not swooping on it! I'll probably sell the frameset. I really like it but it's too small. If you're interested you'll be the first to know.

It's too small for me too unfortunately. How tall are you?

PS do you have any photos of the hub area of your old HED disc? Did it have a serial number anywhere? I really think this disc is a HED that someone badged as a Zipp to make it match the 440.

Haha, there's no way you could fit that! I'm only (hah, only) 6'5". There should be a serial number located on the rim channel, but then you'd have to take the tire off. It will be hand engraved. http://i.imgur.com/ptet6.jpg There's a driveside photo of the disc. I don't have any non-driveside, but if you send me a picture of the non-driveside of yours I can tell you if they look the same.

I sold the disc a while back, so I'm going off of memory.

Great thanks... I'm 95% sure this is a HED. The weave and the ragged edge on the valve cutout on yours are the same as this one too. Here's the non-DS:

The hub looks just like mine did, so it's definitely a HED.
