I love this build! really reminds me of Emi Brown's bikes.
Posted about 10 years ago
Thanks. Emi's bikes inspired both of my most recent builds for sure. One of my favorite riders.

Sad to see this go! but hoping the next build will be great.

Yeah I'm stoked to try out the 735. Been wanting one for a few years now.
Posted over 10 years ago
Yes as crazy as it may seem. I didn't have space for two bikes and had an itch for a leader that will soon be scratched.

Good is purely subjective. Pista concepts are actually even more hyped. They also suffer from quality issues just like any other aluminum frame. I had something aesthetically that I wanted to ride more and I'm happy about it.

Sold.. You gonna start another project?
Posted over 10 years ago
Yeah I bought a 2011 model 735 and few months ago and finally bought a fork for it recently. It will be my new stealth machine. Nothing fancy, all my old parts are going to it.

Thank you so much. I love it aesthetically and have found it comfortable enough for daily riding.

Thanks dan! Still hoping to build a new wheelset this summer to top it off.

I love this!!! this is amazing. I need to find one now! :)
Posted over 10 years ago
Thanks dude and I'd totally suggest snagging one in your size if it comes your way. I need to find a new steel bike too. Both of yours are solid!

How are the all city straps? Are they worth it?
Posted over 10 years ago
They're ok for what they are. They haven't snapped on me and I wasn't willing to spend the extra cash for toshi or cadence straps at the time in my last bike. So if you're on a budget I'd say go for it. If not, cadence straps are really nice and decently priced.
Posted over 10 years ago
If I may, I would also highly recommend Toshi single straps which are priced similarly to Cadence doubles.

dammit. time to start saving for a bianchi again lol. always wanted one!
Posted over 10 years ago
Totally dude, I've always wanted one and just went for it. I wish it was in better condition aesthetically but it fits so I can't complain.

was haling this thing, great dimensions and that zoncolan is so cherry. then i realized it was yours, didn't know ou had anything other than the precursa.dope concept!
Posted over 10 years ago
Thanks dude, I just traded my precursa and some cash for it. First ever concept and I'm hooked. You super pista is hella sexy.

awesome upgrade!

Thanks man I'm really stoked on it. I'd like to actually start a stable of bikes from this point.
Posted over 10 years ago
You have renewed my quest for a Pista. Thanks a lot lol. I guess you checked for crash damage. All that around the head tube would make me nervous unless it's just paint. Enjoy.
Posted over 10 years ago
Haha I'm glad man. I've been hooked on the them after watching the mash and macaframa videos years back. I did check it for damage and there is a slight dent on the TT and gnarly scratch on the DT on the non drive side. If you're referring to the area just past the pista concept logo, it was sticker residue. I peeled most of the stickers off and didn't clean it off with a razor yet. I'm actually happier with this beater than with my pre cursa and it was in much better shape. Don't pass it up if you find one in good condition.
Posted over 10 years ago
Clean the sticker residue off with a rag soaked with WD-40. Easier on the paint than a razor blade. Hope I can find one this nice.

Certainly and thanks for the tip. Keep ya eyes open. My dude at citygrounds told me they're more common between 52cm-57cm but he had no luck since he needed a 60cm or something

Goo Gone! You can get it in the dollar section at Target and it works great! Awesome concept btw!

Do you remember the length and degree of that stem?

JSTEWART304 says:
-17 degrees and I believe I used my 90mm for this bike.
