I"m not sure - I suspect it's a cheap eBay knockoff. It was on the bike when I got it off Craigslist. There's no brand name on it at all.

Thanks - it's actually a little too big for me so it's in the process of being parted out. I'm going to port the majority of the parts over to the Leader frame I just bought.
