Not really, I have the same discs on both sets of wheels. Just have to wiggle the caliper mounts a little when tightening it back up on the front fork. Rear is usually ok since it's just a drop out

Sounds easy enough. My only exp. with discs was on MTBs when they first came out. Boy did I hate to change tires.

Its kind of a pain on the front since its a lefty, you have to remove brake caliper. If it were a normal fork it'd be easy peasy
