Bike is sick!!!! I'm about to put a Hed H3 on my Historgram next week.

thanks!! yeah Hed wheel is fun. I do get a little blown over with crosswinds.
Posted almost 12 years ago
yea but you take the bad with the good with a nice wheel like a hed 3 lol. I'll deal with some crosswind for that haha.

awesome pedals. been looking for a set where can i get them?!
Posted over 12 years ago
i bought these online somewhere just google vp-001. just beware because not all FRS will fit in them because the opening is quite thin. I learned the hard way :(

i thought you got wrong size
Posted over 12 years ago
No, I just didn't size it up yet. I definetely broke it in now...Just did a 60 mile ride the other day. Felt great!

Looks good. Are those pedals alloy or plastic?
Posted over 12 years ago

That 'DNA' sticker looks rad. Wonderful bike.

thx! We are going to be giving them away with purchase of our tshirts, once we get our online store set up. I'll keep you updated. I think we'll also just have sticker packs...

Nice setup. I really like those gold sugino 75 crank arms!
Posted over 12 years ago
thx ! yeah i wanted to go with something different...Everyone on here was using omnium's

I am diggin.. Looking to get this frameset soon :D
Posted over 12 years ago
I'm still adjusting to them. There are a lot of positions. But the drop can hurt my wrists after long rides, but I just change positions once that happens. $20 bucks though, cant really beat that price from nashbar.

Love for the gold cranks! If I saw you riding this in my town I'd probably crash whatever I was on.
Posted over 12 years ago
Hah, thx, I wanted to do something different then the usual Sram Omnium that i saw everyone else was doing.

Clean shots, Sweet Mash, but the pedal setup....i don't know about that.
Posted over 12 years ago
I just ride what I feel comfortable with. I'll switch to spd's on long rides. When i can afford it. Thx though!

Just looks like it slanting up
But love the build how tall are you?
Posted over 12 years ago
it does appear slanted up...but in person its leveled to the ground...i literally used a level, lol. i'm 5"9...I also raised the seat...after the shoot that is...

Beautiful pictures and great looking bike. Is the frame a little big or was the seat slammed for the photos?
Posted over 12 years ago
I took photos after i picked the bike up from the shop. So i didn't really get to ride the bike before the photos, i kind of took the sizing that they gave me. Defintely took care of it...I should have before the photos to avoid people like Benson saying "your hed is the wrong way" "i hate people with expensive parts and don't know how to fit their bike"
Posted over 12 years ago
Haha yeah. I usually try to keep those comments in my head lol. I can't hate people for picking the parts they do or how much they spent. I just hope to see people ride bikes that fit them as close as possible and be comfortable.
