Thanks dude! As for the saddle i'd recommend it, i've tried numerous saddles before and this was the first one i could ride for several hours. However since i got fitted (lowered bars / more reach) i've swapped it for a Specialized Power. My lower back isn't that flexible so the nose of the Flite pressed on my junk, the large cutout and short nose make it perfect for the "aggressive" position i'm usually in. (i feel more comfortable riding that way). I still use it on my track bike though!
