hey, can i ask a quick question, would a size 50 or 53 suit a 172cm guy?

Looks great. How do you like that sram chain?
Posted about 12 years ago
Well you have an aluminum frame, and it looks like your chain is lacking tension. Is it louder when it's tight?
Posted about 12 years ago
The pics did have chain slack but when I ride there isnt any and its still loud. My izumi was never this loud.

Cheers dude! Your specialized is really nice as well, I've been looking at those frames.. quite sleek.

That 53-16 is gnarly. Is your area mostly flat?
Posted over 12 years ago
Thanks idk tucson is kinda flat but there is definitely some good climbing to be had

Nice dude! I was look at that wheel set online but couldn't find too much on them. How do you like them for road? Are they relatively light and stiff?
Posted over 12 years ago
For the road they are great, they surprisingly light and quite stiff

awesome bike
but I think you put the doublestraps in a wrong holes...both straps goes in the same side-hole :p

how about the clipless pedals?
and which one did you prefer the most, toeclips or clipless?
Posted over 12 years ago
Idk I like both, clips and straps are good because then you can just hop off and go drink hahah

Careful with the profile design cage and camelback bottles..I returned it cuz it didn't hold them!
Posted over 12 years ago
Oh snap I lost one! Very pissed! I settled for the camelback water backpack. Best idea ever!

Great build man; I almost built my histo exactly like this. I dig those deda's. I actually had an Arione Versus on mine for a while but it felt horrible. Overall very nice bike.

Nice build and setup!
y do u hate the tape? too rubbery/slick?
Posted over 12 years ago
Thanks, the rubberiness feels really good on your hands but if you're not wearing gloves the sweat isn't absorbed so your hand slip all over the place.
