Whats your opinion on this bike? I was looking into getting one, but i found a caad10 with a price you cant beat. They have the same geo so i'm wondering on the ride? any pros or cons? Looks like it rides like a dream!

I love this bike especially for the price with full sram red. If you found a caad for a good price, I would hop on that

Got hit by a car and picked this up..... Was it insurance money? Or you pay for it?

Hi

I get back a week before Christmas for break. Bringing my bike too so we should ride then!
Posted about 11 years ago
yay! yea, Joe told me that you would be back around then. That would defiantly be fun!

omg dream bike!

I never had the Sram Red, I had the S951, where the arms are similar to Sram Force. The hollowgrams are super freaking light too
Posted about 11 years ago
ohhh gotcha my bad i assumed the sram cranks were reds like the rest of the group. hm im still curious as to how the hollowgram would compare to the red crankset. did you look into it at all before making the switch?
Posted about 11 years ago
Yeah I did a ton of research and actually installed them myself. It's waaaaaay lighter, and stiffer too. Makes a great pair with the spiderings but I opted for the quarq instead

Can't wait to see it with the Zipps !!
One question though, why'd you go with a thomson seatpost instead of your previous 3T ?
Posted over 11 years ago
Since I crashed my other bike, all the carbon parts were compromised so I decided to not re use anything. Plus, thomson is classic!

Hey, thanks for the heads up. I saw those right after I saw the C50s. I think I'm just gonna save up and get Firecrests.
