No issues with the Wolftooth. It includes a little offset so it maintains the same chainline as the stock GRX chainrings. It's a little noisier in the last two cogs (extreme chain angle and noisy aluminum cogs). I've only put about 200 miles on it so far, but it's great, and no dropped chains, either with or without the clutch on. And tons of clearance on a GRX Crank. On the 56cm frame, I've got about 6mm of clearance from the stay.
