I previously preferred the bag since i was able to close it or secure my water bottle. I tend to ride hard. i actually swapped the bag for a cage recently since i found one for a few bucks.

Yes. But I recommend the race version with the metal plates as it won't wear out as fast. They hold me up for sure though
