This is a 58cm Merrick Track, built in the mid 90's by Ken Merrick, a former master builder at Waterford. The frame is constructed from Reynolds 753 steel - builders were required to demonstrate brazing proficiency before Reynolds would sell them 753 tubesets, as the superb quality of the steel needed to be matched with superb skill on the part of the builder. Custom fork using 531 steel and a matching stem complete the bike, with the craziest Magenta-Blue-Emerald fade you'll ever see.

... i got a serious boner already but change the seatpost to a sp-7410 or something and plain black saddle and i would cry for it's beauty...

Wow, would have loved to see a silver seatpost but super proper build

Agreed. First thing I got was the post, the original plan was Black archetypes/black 75s /black bars, but I got distracted and this is what I threw together.

That would have been pretty sick too, I can see a little hint of it with the saddle too.

Right??
But now it just looks kinda silly up top, so just either choose to look at the bottom 2/3 or the upper rear section ha
