You paint that yourself? Or get it painted?

Painted myself. I'm a welder/fabricator but my work also has a paint department. I fiddle with the paint every now and then.

It looks awesome any ideas as to what it would cost to get a frame painted ?

This is a one stage color powdercoat paint job. Which on average would float you around $70-$100. If you want like a 3-stage ( for a glitter/flake effect ) the cost would rise significantly.

Awesome thanks man I'm trying to come up with something cool to paint my ps1

No problem dude, I hope it all works out for you. Just hop on Google and look up a nearby powdercoat shop and bring your frame in. They can give you a quote ( Most shops will hook you up with a good deal if it's your first time; in hopes of you returning.) And also look through their color options. Also any proper paint business will have a ton of painted things showcased, so you can see the quality, and get an idea of what the colors actually look like. It's usually better to think up a color once you actually have the color pallet in your hand. Because I was dead-set on another color, but once I looked through our colors and saw this orange, I changed my mind right away.

Yea I only have them on their right now til my new stem comes in the mail. The drops on this are way too close and it feels super goofy when In the drop. But thank you very much! I really appreciate the feedback :)

haha thanks. I see you have the LDG set as well. I had the arms too, but I stripped out the square taper on mine a while back in a crash so now I only have the chainring :/

Rays says:
Awww dang that sucks, but how did you manage to get them off if they were stripped? and no chance at getting them re-threaded?
Posted almost 11 years ago
skiddles says:
The threading didn't get stripped, the square taper got rounded out from my crank arm taking the full blunt of the fall. But even if a crank arm's threads are stripped, you can just use an extraction tool to remove it.
