Takes a few days, steady hand, and a good deal of patience. I don't really know how to airbrush that well, just kinda took a stab at it.

Spoked wheel with Mylar. Similar to a 1980's J-Disc. Super Light.
My Kilo TT bike on here also has a similar build for the rear wheel just painted different.
