i think i will, yeah. but i like gent a lot more..the atmosphere is nice...neerkant is closer to me, so it makes sense to take a look..:-)

pretty rare to see a chromed merckx frame, the choice of parts is superb too

you mean the chrome rearstays?
it was a more expensive option back then.

indeed. you could check also by chance, if the whole frame has a chrome coat underneath the paint

i don't think so, where the paint chipped, there isn't any chrome, the 7-11 does have full chroming underneath.
