Very nice Mataro Setup. 49cm have great proportion. Does it have straight(flat) top tube?

I don't think the fork should be an issue manufacturers are not going to risk there name selling gear that fails under normal riding conditions.

It hasn't been to this day, if I recall correctly someone on bikeforums said the forks that broke were actually within the same test batch from the factory

You should swap out that fork
I know a couple of people its snapped on

idk about road riding, but the fork snap when its a head on crash

datlazyazndude don't fret. I've ridden my stock Aventon fork for almost a year now, didn't have any issue whether ridding on road (and we don't have the best roads here in the Philippines) or riding uphill and downhill. Maybe a head-on crash may break the fork even the frame itself.

Really nice built. I'm now looking for this model and this size. May I know stand over height of this bike? Thank you in advance

Thanks! Hmm the standover height is actually smaller than your average 49-50cm frame's standover height. Comparing it with my Caad10 that has a standover of 29.6 in (or 75.3cm), I'm estimating the standover height to be around 28.9 inches or even under. It's pretty small
