Hey. I'd just wanna ask... I'm choosing a frame for myself. Aventon Mataro 49cm or Crew 49cm I'd really like your opinion. :) Help me out?

Same question to me. I'm 5' 3" and thought that Crew 49 may give the shorter reach.

never owned a crew frame, my buddy has one though, the length of the top tube is about the same i believe.
BTW, I can't log into my johnnyshanks account for some reason, so i'm using this one to reply.

And will kill your overall performance, honestly you could go a size bigger like a 54.

Beautiful bike :) May I ask how tall you are?

thanks! I'm 5'5 I'm just glad they make the frame in a 49, it leaves me about 2cm standover height.

If im 5'9-5'10 should i get a 49 cm and raise the seat or get a 52 cm? Thanks

get a 52cm and raise the seat, because if you get anything smaller, your reach might be too short

Hey I'm 5'6 and im running a cordoba size 55, and it felt big. I was wondering for the mataro is it sized bigger? As in like 49 feels like a 52 or what, pls give me your opinion on what size i should get.

The standover height on the frame was perfect for me, but the problem was the reach, albeit i'm only running a 90mm stem, but i got short ass arms. Try a 50 or 52.
