Got a good deal on the frameset, previous owner was using it as a polo bike / winter beater... I turned it into my around work bike / training whip.

Yeah man, its a really nice frame. Really tough steel, actually pretty light. My only advice? Buy one used cause a modern steel frame that isn't custom isn't worth 700 bucks, and change the fork asap anything will be lighter than that bad boy.
