haha i figured out they are pretty much the same bike built by the same people just different tubing and supplied to different companies.

I'm 6'1 and a 56cm Bareknuckle fits like a 58cm easily.
It fits really well and is very comfortable.

just to confirm The Fly, I am 6'2" and also my 56cm BK fits like a normal 58cm. really great solid ride.
