These don't come up very often, so I purchased it regardless of the condition it was in. Don't really know much about it w.r.t tubing, etc. Please fill me in? :) If you look at the seat stays, notice how they are only painted till just past the brake bridge. This is unlike all the others on the interweb!

This is actually a time trials bike. You can tell from the shifter mounts on the DT and the dropouts. The rear triangle is chromed or unpainted for a multitude of reasons.
