Looks like you've definitely gotten some use out of that! Have you considered bending the fork back?

it already happened once before, dont trust re-bending it again, if i find a 1" fork with a long enough steerer ill just replace it, but dont really wanna spend a lot on this bike. tough being my size!

This is the definition of beater! Nice to actually seen a bike that has been ridden. Great job on the sticker bomb and your saddle info "turbo missing half the leather and smells like butt" had me dying. Favorited.
