I was looking for the track dropouts as well. i contacted Bianchi in Italy and they told me that the dropouts cannot be changed. They are factory glued :(

It looks strange that there is a braking hole on the rear fork. However as a pista frame the braking hole is nonsignificant. So I cannot understand this design......
