Bianchi Strada LX

I bought this from an older gentleman who'd owned it since new. It needed a lot of work but now it rides like a champ. I replaced every part on the frame with the exception of the chain and stem (which is getting swapped out for a shorter one next time I tape the bars)... Good thing I work at a bike shop!

I have the same bike. I bought it new in 1986 in Bamberg, West Germany. So I would think it would be within two years of this. I love mine and still ride her often. Mostly all original. Just changed the saddle and replaced the toe clips with straps. Yours is beautiful too and wonderful upgrades.

More likely it was made by Nishiki. Great frame, every bit as good as Italian production(not RC dept). Suntour and Shimano gruppos kept them affordable vs.Campy. Nice resto.
