How often you have to change that hed tubular? I would like to get one, just don't know if its worth it just for looks (don't like the Machine ring on my clincher)

I got the tubular because of the same reason. I don't like the look of the brake surface on the clincher. being the front wheel I haven't needed to change it yet but i do carry a spare if i go on long rides. a lot of people hate tubulars. don't know why
