Bronson - Winter Scrapbike

This winter I decided to build up what I thought the ideal winter bike, again within the confines of money and parts already available to me. Still to come: zip-tied studded tires. And I did ditch the qr seatpost since.

Frame:
00's Specialized Hardrock

Fork/Headset:
Suntour, Unknown.

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino XD 46t, Cheap Shimano BB

Pedals:
No name with deep plastic clips to accomodate boots.

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Single'd out cassette hub with a 16t cog, 46t chainring, and a pulley tensioner as the frame has vertical dropouts.

Derailleurs/Shifters:
N/A

Handlebars/Stem:
Modified road stem (never felt comfortable with mtb stems?) Flop 'n chop aluminum bullhorns.

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Stratos, unknown seatpost.

Brakes:
Shimano V-Brakes with TT style inverted brake levers.

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Weinmann rim, unknown hub/ tires.

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Weinmann rim, unknown hub/ tires.

Accessories:
Removable rear fender (could use a mudguard) front and rear lights, zip-tied studded tires.
