yes its a 54! im just barely 5'10", wear 32in inseam pants but not sure of the exact measurement. my preferred leg extension is on the low side though.

this one appeared randomly on a local forum. I really wanted the CAAD 1 but people were asking way too much. I picked this one because it was such a great deal.
