I don’t know much about this frame apart from the fact that it’s been made in Italy by this small Company with Columbus Cromor Tubing probably in the mid 90s. Beautiful chrome finish. Haven’t seen a comparable one so I am guessing made to order maybe for competition considering the lack of mudguard eyelets
