I bought this frame on eBay in the States from a guy in Texas. Apparently Celo Europa frames were built with Columbus SL by Colnago for a Mr Marcel Calborne in California. Very tight clearances - with a track fork I couldn't even use a 23c tyre. I built the bike in the Bicycle Kitchen co-op in Los Angeles before bringing it back to London and riding it on the track for a while. Eventually I put a road fork, a brake and some risers on it and it's my main bike for riding round London today.
