Nice bike, man!
i got a question, this rims Open Pro Ceramic/CD's how long their breaking surface remains anodized, black? or is it wears out fast to that silver color? thank you!

BetahProd says:

It doesn't wear out too fast. An anodized rim's color is chemically fused to the metal, but will wear down as you continue to use it, obviously. My advice is to adjust your brake properly, and to do so the same way each time. That way you have one consistent braking surface, instead of a messy anodized rim. Hope that helps

thank you, it is. and that guy (http://www.pedalroom.com/p/davidson-cus...) with ceramic rims says they are like new after 1000 miles and more, maybe i should look for ceramics, not CDs, for longer usage. thx

why do you have a -17 but its at the top of your steer tube? you should get a +/-6 and slam that shit. Decent build for crits though :)

I don't want to cut it, might consider selling the bike if I move up in CATs soon! Got it for a 100 new !

100 new? That's a pretty good deal. And not cutting it is smart if you might resell. I cut my FC's steertube cus I'm keeping that bike forever! Haha

Yeah. it was used twice prior then I got it for a hundred off ebay! I want a new frame set mostly, maybe the new 22? For next season though, I'm focusing on getting a race wheel set now.

Go Canada! But what's with the growth on the back of your saddle?

Posted over 11 years ago

BetahProd

BetahProd says:

haha it's not growth. its one of the ICS clip-in saddle packs. It's the Aero version that fizik designed. Going along with the aero-dynamic benefits of this bike (:

i see. i put my stuff in my back pocket. pro looking bikes need to be treated as such. i do like the bike though.

Well I prefer riding with a flat kit not constantly and annoyingly scratching my back. If I had a sponsor who road around with me with new wheels incase I had a flat, I wouldn't carry it. The best I could do
