Yes they hold the spokes together and limit the tightening and loosening of the spokes allowing the rider to limit the amount of time he spends truing a wheel... I wish I had some

Yeah its such a nice light bar! has the throw of an easton but the looks and feel of the Scatto.
Gonna have to put some rubber grips on it though. Would prefer to keep it clean..

I cant wait to take it out for a spin on the velo.
