honestly, im not sure of the year. the previous owner got it as a gift from his father a "few" years ago when he was visiting seattle. He wasnt into track bikes and sold it to me. never ridden before, it was just hanging on his wall.
the frame is 54 cm. it kills me to sell it but its just a bit to small. I feel comfortable on a 56-59cm bike.
