52 , frame geometry is pretty tight actually,toe clip overlap is much more than my last bianchi pista.

seriously the problem comes from bb legth and frame design,for that reason i had same issue with you. actually my rare fork has few scratch becoz rare fork can't avoid crank position. to solve that u may try to find a good spot for your crank, do not put your crank too deep inside the installation position. finally use some thread lock glue may helps :)
