Both the Zipp 808 and Zipp Super-9 Disc are carbon clincher rims with carbon brake tracks (instead of aluminum). Reynolds Recon track wheels are carbon clincher rims.

Compared to running Pistards, of course there is a difference in performance and how it runs. It should make me go "faster," but it's really meant to enhance performance. If that answers your question haha, also these aren't my main "go-to" commuting wheels, only conservative rides
