That stem's about a 17 degree, 0 degree stems have rise. If you want your stem to look like his, just flip it.

I'm using velocity B43 for rear and aerospoke for front before. It's quite smooth but it's kinda heavy. TB14 is not just smooth but it's also lighter. It's also give a clean look to your bike.
