did you do the paintwork by yourself? used a stripper or just sanded down? some prime or just the neon? please tell us more

it was made by a professional car painter.
i bought a brand new cyanotype parallax, the frame was sandblasted to bare metal but the fork was a manual work because it's carbon.
then 2 layers of primer, allow it to cure, sand it smooth, then 4 layers of that fluo orange paint, allow it to cure, sand it smooth then 2 layers of matte lacquer.
