I was in the same boat, woulda got a 56 if it was available. I'm 5"10 with long legs proportionately, but check out how much steerer tube and seat post I'm running (a fair bit). I'd say you'll be comfy on the 57 if you usually ride a 56 and still be able to fit it out to quite an aggressive position if you wanted
