It was a 51cm. The first models had a few odd sizes.

Hey man i noticed that you have red pedals in a few of your pics from this old build, what brand were they and did the straps come with them? Thanks

BklynLOW

BklynLOW says:

I don't remember the brand of the pedals but, they were just some BMX platform pedals. The straps were Hold Fast. They didn't come with the pedals.

Thanks so much for your response, your Mash is seriously one of the cleanest builds. I was thinking of using colored bmx pedals and this solidified it for me.

was this bike way to small?
im about the same height as you
and looking to get this model off my friend in a 50cm

BklynLOW

BklynLOW says:

Yes it was too small. A 53cm would be a better fit if you're my height.

I agree, I don't like the idea of my jewels touching the to tube. That's what I hate about my Kilo TT at the moment. Whats the stand-over on the Cinelli Mash? I'm 5'8 aswell...

I honestly don't remember the standover height for it. But, the 51 was a bit small. The 53 would have been better.

Sorry, what's your height if you don't mind me asking.

do you think you be able to ride a 54 Low// frame?

BklynLOW

BklynLOW says:

I'm 5'8. I'm sure I can ride the 54.

Uzii says:

Thanks man! Any particular reason why you chose the 52 instead?

I've got a 52 on the list but have been suggested to get a 54. Great build on both bikes by the way!

BklynLOW says:

Thanks for the compliment. I picked the 52cm cause of the standover height. I hate for my junk to hit the top tube.

How'd this compare to the LOW?

BklynLOW

BklynLOW says:

Honestly, the LOW is much better. Maybe because I put more into it but, the fit on the low is perfect for me. The geometry is definitely tighter.
