Awesome frame but... good god, remove those god awful stickers–what a shame to do to such a rare and beautiful frame. And what's with the bar angle?

thanks bro. maybe next time i will repaint like garrett chow's ciocc. i dont have money right now. i love that bar angle i feel more comfortable with that angle

Oh man, Just try to take them off (if you want to that is).
Something tells me that your bars are too low. Track drops (especially with the stem you're using) are way too low for street use (longer riding that you would at the velodrome).
