i love how the spiral thing has zero .... echo in today's bike designs.... pure gimmick, love it !

also appreciate how you can't lower the stem past 4 on the metered line !... but there's a 5 just for good measure ;-) ... shaving 1 more gram !

This bike is AWESOME !!! I already fell in love with your Tomassini, but this...this thing's ACE !

So nice! Do you know why the top tube is spiraled like that? I haven't seen that before!

Hey there Coomer, I believe it was a marketing ploy. The idea was that it made the tubes stiffer.
The top, seat and down tube all have the pleat. This is the only one I've seen with the spiral but I've seen a few with a diamond pleat

Cool, thanks for the info. Once I posted I noticed it on the seat and down tubes too. So nice man, excited to see what you build up in your new workshop!

This bike is unbelievable! Lynskey used a similar twist concept (a little more extreme) to increase stiffness with their Helix frame. Cool stuff

Beautiful Ciocc! The Shamals look great with that paint color. I need to find a pantographed stem like yours.

Cheers, the panto stem was a lucky ebay find. Good luck in your search. you could try here.

This is not a project, this is a keeper. Just saying.

Thanks, I wish I could keep it, but I'm going to Portland next year to do a frame building course and need the funds to start building up a workshop

Wow, this is awesome!

I hate to say it, but I'm stealing this paint scheme for my next frame....

Glad you like it. Feel free, the paint is original 80's fluoro pink but toned down by the mild warm gun metal grey metallic fade.

Unfortunately, it's too big for me or I'd seriously consider taking it off your hands. :(

Hey - do you have any current bikes on the for sale lot? Love the style of your builds and looks like you are my size.
Any info would be tops - very keen to purchase some sweet steel - or perhaps so Ti :) cheers // blano
