More Info:
The record pista BB spindle was to short and caused the nondrive side crank to hit the chainstay. This frame is used, i initially thought it was the rear triangle that was warped, but i checked it via the string measure method and seemed true. Quirks of an old frame i guess, not to bummed about it since the pista bb isnt sealed anyway. Also this bike had a bunch of chips on the paint when i got it, i repaired most of them. If anyone is interested, apply a acrylic base coat of white and then use Tamiya LP-21, its perfect match for this colnago red. Then use a gloss coat to seal it in, such as Mr. Color Spray 46.

So I got it... big boi at 59ctc. I agree this could be the last one. And yes the frame came with a lot of paint chips, luckily I have a close friend who paints car for a living so shouldn't be a problem. So your bio came in handy ;). Anything else I need to know before I go full on build?

Sorry for the late reply, but i had issues with BB spindle length, the campy record BB spindle was to short and made my cranks hit the chainstay so just be aware of that.

In regards to your ESA Mexico comment, yes ive seen frames with and without gilco tubing claiming to be ESA Mexicos... but in my mind the ones that dont have gilco are probably misnomer and the only true ESA mexicos are the ones with gilco. That being said im no collector so maybe some years were produced without gilco, not quite sure.
