Is there a frame number somwhere on the bike? If there is you can ask a friendly Colnago dealer or at the factory itself. They can tell you when it was produced or in your case maybe even more! Great bike!!

... excellent build, no question... can you tell me something about the rims? ... they look like old omega Vs with mavic coating...

Thanks. As per my research, they are hard anodized made in us by trek/specialized but I might be wrong. Also, they are about or less than 285 gr thus they are light. Hope this helps.

... cool, thx... i did a little research on my own yesterday... seems like they are not only looking similar to the old campa Vs but have the same weak point: missing eyelets... so one day the spokes start to pull out of the sockets after two years of intensive riding...
... but you know what? ... i don't give a shit 'cause this is shape is simply beautiful for classic rides like this... the perfect link between past and present... enjoy them as long as you can...

Thanks. However,as given information when they had actually produced them which I find interesting was they was built with SSP Grouppo.Overall,I am very happy & satisfied with the outcome.

Awesome! I think tan gumwalls would look great on this. Really I just think tan gumwalls look great against hard-ano rims. I'd love to have a 2a.
