Picked this up in a 100+ year old bike shop. The old man said it has not been used in 20+ years. So I offered to buy it. How much is it worth? can any one give me a rough year?

Flawless. If I owned it, I'm not sure I'd ever ride it it's so nice. How much did you buy it for?

i finished at $2800 with him. i hope i didn't make a mistake. i just really liked the bike.

Since it's basically brand new, has NR pista hubs, cranks, bb, headset, pedals, Cinelli Pista bars, Cinelli 2A, and those gold rims (Ambrosio? Nisi? who makes them?), yeah I'd say it was a pretty good deal for you. It'll lose a lot of value if you ever ride it though...

Didn't see the 2800 part... I guess for what it is, that's a fair price.

i have no info on the rims. I'm not even sure of the year of the bike. i wont use it to to much but i have use it some times.

Worth more than you can think.

Yeah dude, I saw a colnago build for the 97 world record attempt and that one had similar wheels and i believe the wheels them selves are around 2k. If you want to buy that bike, be willing to spend enough to buy a high end road bike..
