Just lovely. Are you able to tell me the standover height for your Cheeko? I can't seem to find any geo charts for the model online.

Hi mate, could you please tell me the size of the bottom bracket you are using? I'm building a cheeko myself. Cheers

Hi bro! Nice bike! i understand thats its size 53. Can i know how tall are u? I'm torn between size 50 and 53.
Posted about 11 years ago
Hi! I'm about 1.77m tall and the frame fits just nice for me although some of my friends say it's a little too small for my height...

do you know what the rake on your forks are and hows the toe overlap?
Posted about 11 years ago
Hi. Not sure about the rake... The fork came with the frame... I'm running 165mm crank arms and my toe clip still bumps into the wheel when I make sharp turns... Either way I think it would be quite difficult to eliminate toe overlap... Just gotta live with it... Haha... Happy building your cheeko!

Nice bike! looks like u bought it from CPS! Singapore represent!!
how much did u spend in total? im really tempted to get the colossi cheeko too but no reviews about it.. :(
Posted over 11 years ago
Thanks! Yeap.... got it from CPS for quite a good deal caused I got most of my parts for this build up from them. The total set up cost if I can remember correctly does not exceed 1.3k SGD... only cause some of my parts were either reused or picked up from the second hand market... ha ha
And you are damn right... couldn't find any reviews about the frame when I was considering it. But I can tell you for sure its quite a good ride. If you are not particular about the welds (like those who want good clean welds) I think this frame would be a good choice. Pretty light frame for that price range. In short, the only problem people will have with this frame would be the 'ugly' welds, otherwise I say its a pretty good frame that holds up strong. LOVING MY RIDE!
Nice Fuji you got there too! Unique dude... never seen one like that in Singapore...

yea i might get the colossi cheeko from CPS too. all black haha. but i gotta be quite budget cause im a student..
planning to get like cheap parts from jensonUSA probably.
Whats the weight of your bike? ya u dont see my bike here cause im in Melbourne hahaha. studying there. but planning to get a bike in SG too.
Posted over 11 years ago
Haha... I'm a student too... gotta work and save up man. Jenson does have some cheap parts but I'm not sure after delivery charges it would be worth it... If you really intend to build up a bike in SG I suggest you contact CPS to discuss as i am pretty sure they will give you a good deal if you get more stuff from them...
If my estimation is not wrong, my bike should not exceed 8 to 9 kilos I think...
BTW you from SG?
Posted over 11 years ago
Hahaha finding work overseas is tough. Esp when I have classes everyday. Yes I checked Jenson the delivery is expensive. Probably buying from chain reaction cycle. Free Shipping! Yes I contacted them my cousin is close with them.
yup I'm from sg
